YOTAM OTTOLENGHI IS THE RENOWNED CHEF-PATRON OF THE OTTOLENGHI DELIS AND NOPI RESTAURANT.
His books, including Ottolenghi: The Cookbook, Jerusalem, Plenty and Plenty More, have sold three million copies internationally, making him one of Britain's most influential food talents. His TV work began with the award-winning survey of the food of his birth city, Jerusalem on a Plate (BBC 4), and includes the series Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Feasts and Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Island Feasts (More 4) as well as numerous guest appearances.
He is based at the Ottolenghi test kitchen in Camden, where he perfects and tests recipes for his books and weekly column for the Guardian.
