YOTAM OTTOLENGHI IS THE RENOWNED CHEF-PATRON OF THE OTTOLENGHI DELIS AND NOPI RESTAURANT.
His books, including Ottolenghi: The Cookbook, Jerusalem, Plenty, Plenty More and Simple have sold three million copies internationally, making him one of Britain's most influential food talents. His TV work began with the award-winning survey of the food of his birth city, Jerusalem on a Plate (BBC 4), and includes the series Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Feasts and Ottolenghi’s Mediterranean Island Feasts (More 4) as well as numerous guest appearances. He was recently a guest judge for a week on MasterChef Australia.
He is based at the Ottolenghi test kitchen in Camden, where he perfects and tests recipes for his books and weekly column for the Guardian.
