Channel 4 today announces the return of Grand Designs and Grand Designs: House of the Year airing this Autumn.
The iconic and much-loved house building and design show, Grand Designs, returns with four extraordinary new builds and two long-awaited revisits, spanning across the United Kingdom.
Grand Designs: House of the Year will follow the new series of Grand Designs later in the year, with hosts Kevin McCloud, Damion Burrows and Natasha Huq opening the doors to a handpicked selection of the UK’s most remarkable homes, all chosen from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) award-winning regional winners. Across the series, viewers will discover an extraordinary mix of bold designs, ingenious craftmanship and inspiring architecture, while the hosts reveal which homes have secured a place on RIBA’s coveted shortlist, before the winner of RIBA House of the Year is announced in the final episode.
Grand Designs will air on Channel 4 at 9pm on Wednesday 16th of September, with Grand Designs: House of the Year running later in the year.
