LUCY YOUNG IS A COOK AND FOOD WRITER. SHE HAS WORKED AS AN ASSITANT TO MARY BERRY FOR THE LAST 27 YEARS.
Lucy trained at Cordon Bleu and is an author of eight cookery books. She also co-writes books with Mary Berry. Her expertise is both in AGA cooking and in creating no-hassle recipes for family and friends.
Lucy’s previous books include: Secrets from a Country Kitchen, AGA Easy, Secrets of AGA Cakes, Tips for Better Baking and Secrets of AGA Puddings. She has also co-written the following books with Mary Berry: Mary Berry & Lucy Young Cook Up A Feast, Mary Berry & Lucy Young At Home and The Complete AGA Cookbook.
She is a recognised AGA expert and has appeared on the Food Network and ITV. She has also been interviewed on BBC Radio 2 and regularly features on local radio. Lucy is also a member of The Guild of Food Writers.
